Our two private dining rooms upstairs are ideal for business meetings, family dinners or luncheons. OPEN BAR INQUIRIES:

BEER & WINE ONLY: includes all draft beer, and house wines at
$8.00 per hour, per person
Draft beer includes: Stella, Blue Moon, Sam Adams Seasonal,
Miller lite, Coors light, Budweiser, and Yeungling Lager.
House wines includes:Sycamore Lane Merlot, Sycamore Lane Cabernet,
Sycamore Lane White Zinfandel, Beringer White Merlot,
Sycamore Lane Chardonnay, and Sycamore Lane Pinot Grigio.

Full Open Bar: Includes draft and bottled beers, full wine list, as
well as top shelf liquor and our specialty attic martini menu at
$11.00 per hour, per person

**(Both open bar packages requires an additional 18&
gratuity. Shots are not permitted to be served during
open bar for safety concerns.)

THE ATTIC LOUNGE RENTAL RATES:

Wednesday & Thursday: $75 per hour
Friday and Saturday: $100 per hour
(minimum spend requirements)

Sunday thru Tuesday: NO ROOM CHARGE



Booking the attic lounge is on a first come first serve basis. We suggest 3-4 weeks advance notice on party planning as we do reserve spaces very quickly.

A $250 non-refundable deposit may be required for confirmed party reservations.

We do reserve the right to refuse a party due to scheduling conflictions. Please understand that our entertainment schedule is booked weeks in advance, and sometimes alterations cannot easily be made.
